2. How long will it take for my canvas to arrive?
Canvas printing is a process that involves many steps. First you have placed your order, made a clear payment and e-mailed us your photo, we can start preparing your photo to be printed. We check manually each photo and assess its quality. We e-mail the proof of your photo to you which needs to be accepted. Then we proceed with printing, stretching over frame, packing and sending. We aim to send your canvas within 1-3 working days. In most cases it is quicker than that.
3. Hanging after care
Although we use only genuine HP Vivera Inks which are guaranteed to last >200 years we do not recommend hanging
canvas in constant direct sunlight. As your canvas print is made out of natural ingredients it will respond to changes in humidity & temperature and may become saggy with time. If this happened lightly tap the wedges and that will re-tighten the canvas on the frame. Please do not use cleaning sprays and any other cleaning fluids on the canvas' surface . Try to avoid putting to much pressure on the canvas.
4. Will the colours be identical as on my monitor?
Different monitors' settings, resolutions and computer configurations don't allow to ensure that what you see on your computer screen is going to match colours printed on the canvas. There is a major difference in how the colour is created by monitors and when it is printed. We are using sophisticated proofing software that is directing our printers to get exact reproduction of the colours on canvas. We can offer a printed proof if it is necessary.
5. Copyright
When you submit anything for us to print, please make sure that you have the right to do so. We can not be held responsible for breaking any copyright laws when printed pictures supplied to us. We will only print it for you. We will never use your photographs without your express permission. We do store your file on our system in case you would like to order additional copies in the future. This files will be deleted if this is what you prefer. Otherwise they will be kept for some time as our disk space is also limited.

Items are sold as best quality, unless stated otherwise, and are as per the description and any images displayed. Should the item not match its description then we will either replace the item, subject to availability, or make a full refund. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! So confident are we in our products, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days (on your postal cost) for a full refund. Please note all refunds are minus the postage and packing cost even if the p&p was listed as free.
